The rooms were brand-new, with a personal safe, pay TV and a mini fridge bar, nice bed. Central location, right place for discovering Chicago. Again, it was 2 miles from a super - tall skyscraper. The restaurant was nice here, I had excellent dishes.

The room was individual and compact, the hotel was tidy. I loved the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Reasonably good breakfast, had hot waffles, pastries, pancakes, fruit and scrambled eggs and more. Cafe bar and brilliant pool. The location was premier, next to a plain - looking park.

The venue is quaint, with good food and perfect location right in the heart of the CBD. Magnificent Mile district definitely deserves your time and attention. The hotel provides good service too.

Liked to be here, the hotel was fairly clean and quirky, the location was prime close to everything. The rooms with bathroom, large comfortable bed plus constantly running outside AC. Our stay there was comfortable.
Sadly, there was no waterboiler.

Good-sized, formal and spotless hotel. Beds were good, people working there were fabulous. Unbeatable location close to an eight story mall. Friendly service and a nice pool onsite.

Overall okay staff and location. There were a mini-bar, a private safe and cable channels in the room, loved that. The bathroom was a good size, beds were very comfy. It was located in a safe area. Quick check-in, late check-out.

all in all, good value. nestled in an urban style building, handy location. the room was excellent and having balcony, wifi and television in it was handy. true 4-star experience, exceptional service. the beach there was amazing, the hotel was located near the shore. had splendid dishes in a bright restaurant.

Good value, terrific service. Everything was very good, loved our very pleasant stay. The continental breakfast was FREE OF CHARGE: eggs, fruit, pancakes, hot waffles and breads. The room was comfortable quiet and included fridges and hotplates. Lovely relaxing hotel in Chicago, excellent location quite a walk from jane byrne park.
